Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across all outlets and the central kitchen
- Manage operational P&L, including sales, food cost, labour cost, wastage, and guest satisfaction
- Develop and execute turnaround plans for struggling units
- Maintain consistent standards of service, presentation, hygiene, and safety
- Implement KPI-based performance management and reporting
- Develop managers and supervisors into a strong leadership bench
- Contribute operational expertise to new concept development and expansion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or similar role
- Experience in multi-brand F&B environments
- Strong leadership, management, and operational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
