Key responsibilities
- Oversee plant administration
- Conduct periodic assessments of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers to set production plans
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, and develop profit-increasing strategies
- Prepare and review plant budgets
- Monitor production and supply processes
- Manage asphalting teams and processes
- Coordinate with contracts and legal departments for client agreements
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Direct and evaluate employee performance, and identify training needs
- Participate in policy development, tendering processes, and professional meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in asphalt plant management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of asphalt production and supply processes
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
