Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports, ensuring data accuracy and providing valuable insights to management.
• Develop cost models to enhance cost estimation accuracy and analyze cost variances.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular financial process reviews to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide financial support to new projects by assessing costs and associated risks.
• Train and mentor new accounting staff to improve their cost management skills.
• Develop effective long-term cost management strategies aligned with company goals.
• Monitor changes in financial laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Provide periodic reports to senior management on cost performance and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting within the F&B industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.
• Indian, Filipino, or Pakistani nationality preferred.
