Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
- Monitor products, materials, and operational processes
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records
- Investigate quality problems and support corrective actions
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, operations, and other departments
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection checklists
- Support internal and external quality audits
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products/materials
- Report major quality issues to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality control
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
