Key responsibilities
- Develop and refresh category strategies for logistics services (transport, warehousing, last mile, customs, 3PL/4PL)
- Ensure policy adherence, manage tenders, execute contracts, and deliver cost savings
- Collaborate with supply chain to align demand, optimize network, and reduce lead time and cost
- Drive performance, innovation, and sustainability; provide market intelligence to inform decisions
- Lead project management and sourcing processes, including RFPs and supplier relationship management
- Coach and develop team in sourcing, analytics, and contracts
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and logistics procurement
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Knowledge of Incoterms, trade compliance, and data privacy
- Experience with TMS/WMS and e-procurement systems is a plus
