Key responsibilities

• Own and manage enterprise transformation roadmap
• Lead ERP consolidation/migration programs across multiple regions
• Design target operating models and workflow automation
• Build benefits cases, KPIs, and realization frameworks
• Engage stakeholders from C-level to delivery teams
• Lead change management and adoption strategies
• Implement Agile and PRINCE2 governance methodologies

Requirements

• 12-18+ years in digital/enterprise transformation
• Proven global, multi-country program delivery (50+ countries a plus)
• Strength in operating model redesign and enterprise governance
• Experience with ERP, low-code, BI/data warehousing, and PLM platforms
• Commercial mindset linking programs to profitability and customer outcomes
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
