Key responsibilities

• Visit customers daily as per the assigned route.
• Sell company food products to various customers.
• Take orders and deliver products on time.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Find new customers and increase sales.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Promote new products, offers, and promotions.
• Check product stock, expiry dates, and condition.
• Handle and maintain company vehicles.
• Collect payments from customers following company procedure.
• Handle customer complaints and report to the Sales Supervisor.
• Check competitor products and prices and report market information.
• Follow UAE traffic rules and company vehicle safety rules.
• Submit daily sales and collection reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Van Salesman.
• Experience in FMCG or food production company preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English communication is required.
• Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam is an advantage.
• Good selling and negotiation skills.
• Able to achieve sales targets.
• Honest, hardworking, and responsible.
• Able to load and unload food products when required.
