Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations of cafés, kiosks, and other outlets
- Ensure timely opening and closing, adhering to procedures
- Conduct routine branch inspections for cleanliness and service standards
- Monitor product quality, customer service, and operational readiness
- Address operational issues promptly and support management in improvements
- Supervise frontline employees, monitor attendance, and provide on-the-job guidance
- Coordinate staff schedules, duty assignments, and manpower requirements
- Monitor employee performance and report concerns to management
- Coordinate daily stock requirements and replenishment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Qatar or GCC (mandatory)
- Proven experience in F&B operations and branch supervision
- Ability to coordinate between branch teams, central kitchen, and management
- Hands-on professional with strong organizational skills
