Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
- Develop relationships with key players in the industry, including developers, landlords, investors, retailers, and F&B brands
- Promote commercial leasing and real estate advisory services
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Coordinate with leasing and property survey teams to convert leads into business
- Manage client relationships and follow up on opportunities through closure
- Achieve business development and revenue targets
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the real estate industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
