Key responsibilities
- Handcraft chocolates: temper, mold, fill, and decorate
- Prepare specialty fillings: pistachio creams, kunafa mix, ganaches, pralinés
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Package products: flow-wrap, foil wrap, seal, and assemble luxury boxes
- Inspect finished packaging for luxury standards
- Maintain cleanliness and follow UAE food safety regulations
- Track ingredients and packaging materials inventory
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, or Packaging Specialist in UAE
- Strong knowledge of chocolate tempering, molding, and shelf-life management
- High precision and aesthetic skill for luxury packaging
- Own Visa / Partner Visa / Freelance Visa preferred
- Good English skills, Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic a plus
