QA/QC Manager – Desalination

Key responsibilities

• Support Owner's Engineer team in overseeing QA/QC
• Review and monitor EPC Contractor's quality management arrangements
• Coordinate site supervision and monitor construction quality
• Identify and track quality concerns and non-conformities
• Review EPC Contractor progress reports and quality records
• Maintain QA/QC records and support monthly project reporting
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement project quality requirements
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Participate in relevant meetings and follow up on QA/QC actions
• Support readiness reviews for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA/QC management, preferably in desalination projects
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
• Experience in construction site supervision and monitoring
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents
• Familiarity with EPC contracts and project specifications
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
