Key responsibilities
- Provide practical legal support across transactions, projects, and operations
- Safeguard the Group's legal, regulatory, and reputational interests
- Enable business growth through effective contracting, governance, compliance, and risk management
- Oversee legal matters from inception to completion, including management of external counsel
Requirements
- 7-10 years PQE in law
- Experience from both a magic circle law firm and in-house
- Oil & Gas, energy sector experience
- Fluent in English, with Arabic and French language fluency being an advantage
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a well-recognized university
- Master's degree (LL.M.) is advantageous
