Key responsibilities

• Manage project costs and prepare cost estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
• Evaluate tenders and quotations
• Monitor costs and assess variations
• Verify subcontractor payments
• Prepare progress claims and final accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost management (preferably in electrical projects)
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation, budget control, variation assessment, contract administration, and progress payment certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and negotiation abilities
• Sound commercial judgment and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
