Key responsibilities

• Lead creation of AI Platform, the orchestration layer powering agentic AI, automation, workflow orchestration, API-first architecture, MLOps, LLMOps, large-scale experimentation, and intelligent business processes.
• Embed AI into critical customer and operational journeys.
• Build reusable AI and automation capabilities that scale across brands and functions.
• Turn machine learning models into enterprise-grade services.
• Enable experimentation as a core business capability.
• Establish a modern platform foundation for future AI innovation.
• Create measurable business value through automation, orchestration, and intelligent decision-making.
• Collaborate with technology, customer experience, product, data, and business teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI platform development and leadership.
• Strong background in software engineering, architecture, and data science.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving business transformation through AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Familiarity with automotive industry a plus.
