Key responsibilities
- Reach individual and overall sales targets
- Demonstrate product knowledge and promotions
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage merchandise display and storage
- Ensure smooth boutique opening and closing procedures
- Use prescribed selling techniques for customer service
- Operate cash register accurately
- Prepare gift orders and record product usage
- Control shrinkage, damages, and report to Boutique Manager
- Participate in monthly inventory process
- Monitor stock levels and share findings with manager
- Report customer feedback and complaints
Requirements
- Presentable
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers and peers
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
