Key responsibilities
- Manage daily plant and production operations
- Plan production schedules, manpower, materials, and resources
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and UAE regulatory requirements
- Oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and supply coordination
- Lead production teams and monitor operational KPIs
- Manage productivity, waste, and operational costs
- Coordinate with QA/QC, HR, Supply Chain, and Management
- Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits, inspections, and facility expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Hands-on GMP manufacturing experience
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Experience in electronic cigarette or e-liquid manufacturing is an advantage
- ERP/MRP or manufacturing software experience is an added advantage
