【Job Responsibilities】
- Human Resources
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including hiring, scheduling interviews, onboarding, visa processing, training, compensation and benefits, performance assessments, resignations, and transfers.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and management documents, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information, and promptly report employee status to superiors.
- Support salary disbursement, benefits management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Responsible for organizing the drafting, revising, and improving of HR-related management systems and workflow processes.
- Responsible for corporate culture building and fostering a positive corporate culture atmosphere.
- Handle employee complaints and labor disputes, maintaining harmonious employee relations.
- Administrative Affairs
- Responsible for daily administrative affairs, including office environment management, office supplies procurement, asset management, lunch reservations, etc., ensuring the office is tidy and orderly.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, events, travel, and reception arrangements.
- Responsible for organizing and filing company documents and managing important files such as contracts.
- Other tasks assigned by the company
