Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities
- Review and interpret construction documents
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specs
- Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and schedules
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of works
- Check site measurements and monitor material quality
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant parties
- Prepare daily site reports and project documentation
- Identify and resolve site issues and potential delays
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance
- Ensure implementation of approved method statements and risk assessments
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety standards
- Assist in quantity measurements and progress report preparation
- Review subcontractor work and verify completed quantities
- Maintain proper records of technical documents
- Attend site meetings and provide technical updates
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and practices
- Valid UAE Driving Licence
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE
