Key responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks to exact standards and presentation
- Dial in espresso and filter recipes daily, maintaining consistent extraction
- Provide exceptional hospitality, remembering regular guests' preferences
- Maintain a clean and well-calibrated bar area during high-volume periods
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and manage counter flow
- Handle cash, reconciliation, and end-of-shift reports with precision
- Capture guest notes and preferences accurately in our system
- Develop and deliver barista training programs, set standards, and lead quality control
Requirements
- Proven espresso calibration and latte art skills for Barista roles
- Previous coffee training experience for Trainer role
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work rotating morning and evening shifts, 6 days a week
