Key responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycle: contract handover to completion and maintenance
- Develop and monitor project programmes, plans, and staffing
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Ensure site HSE management, including UAE and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, clients, and suppliers
Requirements
- Proven experience in facade engineering, preferably in the UAE
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of construction programmes
- Familiarity with UAE and international safety standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
