Key responsibilities
- Sell off-plan properties and promote new launches from leading developers
- Handle secondary market transactions: ready properties for sale, resale, and rentals
- Generate leads and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Arrange property viewings, client meetings, and presentations
- Follow up with clients and negotiate deals professionally
- Stay updated on Dubai's property market, prices, and investment opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Mid-career level experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus
