Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical aspects of mixed-use developments, luxury waterfront projects, and high-end residential developments
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams on technical submissions, RFIs, and material submittals
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and approval procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support site teams
- Coordinate civil works with MEP, façade, and other trades
- Manage project documentation and technical correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8-12 years of relevant construction experience, with UAE market experience
- Proven experience in high-rise buildings, luxury residences, and complex developments
- Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site execution
- Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is a plus
