Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for senior management
• Monitor and assess the financial performance of various business units
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals
• Support decision-making by preparing detailed financial reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage periodic forecasting cycles
• Support the development of medium and long-term financial plans aligned to business strategy
• Drive group-wide financial performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare and deliver regular management reporting packs
• Evaluate profitability and lead variance analysis to identify performance drivers
• Facilitate regular business performance reviews and track agreed actions
• Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a large, multi-entity organization
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with financial planning software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
