Key responsibilities
- Lead a building construction project in Dubai
- Coordinate with Dubai Government Authorities for inspections and approvals
- Manage construction planning, scheduling, and site-based programmes
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and multiple disciplines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress, critical activities, delays, and recovery plans
- Handle Testing & Commissioning, Snagging, Authority Inspections, and Project Handover
- Ensure QA/QC and HSE requirements are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of UAE construction industry experience
- Strong experience in Dubai-based building projects
- Good knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Currently based in the UAE with a short notice period
