CPOV & Fleet Manager – Al-Futtaim Automotive

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement CPOV commercial programs for all brands
• Maintain CPOV presentation standards and digital visibility
• Set sales targets and drive KPI achievement for teams
• Manage stock, including reconditioning costs and ageing stock
• Conduct regular site visits to coach sales executives and develop action plans
• Compile reports on business health and provide analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate with Dealer Principals, Automall, and Aftersales to use matrix reports effectively
• Coordinate and manage buy-back returns, including negotiations and residual values
• Engage with Centres of Excellence to share information and roll out best practices
• Ensure customer service and satisfaction through adherence to sales processes and follow-ups
• Deliver budgeted fleet volume and gross margin, achieving monthly targets and budget adherence
• Enhance market penetration and customer base expansion through new initiatives
• Secure and manage fleet tenders and contracts with UAE Government organizations

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in stock management and KPI tracking
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
