Key responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta Ads strategies for DTC and Shopify brands
• Develop creative strategies and lead persona, creative testing
• Identify growth opportunities across CRO, landing pages, and eCommerce funnels
• Optimize key KPIs including CAC, MER, LTV, and profitability
• Lead client calls, build trust, and drive client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with creative specialists and development team

Requirements

• Proven eCommerce results managing millions in Meta Ads spend (USD)
• Understanding of creative strategy, persona testing, and profitable Shopify growth
• Ability to think beyond Ads Manager and understand the entire eCommerce business
• Strong communication skills and client relationship building
• Remote work experience, ownership, and independent working style
• AI usage with original thinking and human communication
• Ambition, proactivity, and eagerness to grow into leadership
