Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a client portfolio across off-plan, leasing, and secondary markets
• Advise investors and end-users through a consultative, insight-led approach
• Build and maintain a strong, conversion-focused pipeline
• Identify new business opportunities and develop lasting client relationships
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends and property developments
• Arrange and lead property viewings, prepare offers, and negotiate terms
• Keep accurate records of clients and deal progress in the CRM
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience in Dubai real estate or high-performance sales
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and pipeline management
• Commercially sharp, entrepreneurial, and client-focused
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by performance
• Professional presentation, RERA certification, and UAE driving license preferred
