Summary:

We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Interior Architect Designer, requiring 3 to 5 years of design management experience in architectural firms within Egypt or the MENA region. Applicants should possess strong leadership, time management, and team collaboration skills, along with a solid understanding of structural and MEP systems.

• Position: Interior Architect Designer
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in design management within architectural firms
• Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of team leadership and/or design management experience in reputable firms
  • Proven ability to organize workloads and manage teams effectively
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy schedules and client feedback
  • Essential team motivation and leadership abilities
  • Basic understanding of structural and MEP systems
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Interior design experience required
  • Ability to work 5 days a week from 9 AM to 6 PM (with a 1-hour break)
  • Comfortable with multiple Zoom meetings and communication via messaging apps
  • Must be amenable to using a time tracker that captures screenshots during tasks
• Job Type: Full-time
