The receptionist will be responsible for:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Maintaining workplace security by issuing and collecting badges, and keeping visitor logs.
- Performing administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering phones professionally and routing calls appropriately.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative duties and performing ad-hoc tasks.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Hiring and managing the junior administrative team.
- Providing excellent customer service and scheduling appointments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) is essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus.
