Summary: The Accounts Manager for the International QSR Division is tasked with overseeing financial governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate financial reporting across various international markets including the UAE, USA, and UK. This role includes responsibilities in financial reporting, cost control, compliance, budgeting, and partner monitoring, aiming to support operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Data and Details: The position reports functionally to the Finance Head in India and administratively to the Head of International Business (QSRs). Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Reporting & Governance:
    • Timely preparation of monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and variance analyses.
    • Reconciliation of revenues from various POS systems and delivery partners.
    • Consolidation of financial reports from different regions to present to the Finance team in India.
  • F&B Cost Control & Operational Audits:
    • Conducting recipe cost analysis and monitoring food and labor costs.
    • Reviewing wastage reports and production efficiency to recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensuring compliance with procurement limits and vendor approvals.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls:
    • Ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements in each country.
    • Implementing internal controls related to procurement and vendor management.
    • Maintaining oversight of discounts and pricing changes.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Cashflow:
    • Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and three-year business plans.
    • Preparing rolling monthly forecasts for key financial metrics.
    • Tracking cash flow requirements and collaborating on vendor negotiations.
  • Partner Monitoring & Multi-Market Deliverables:
    • Tracking operational and financial compliance for international partners.
    • Maintaining a monthly “Partner Performance Tracker” summarizing various performance metrics.
    • Validating KPIs submitted by partners against financial data.
