Job Title: Quality & Safety Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations, offering corrective action recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Monitor and enhance Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety systems.
- Prepare periodic reports and present findings to management.
- Identify and manage facility-related risks, including building safety, fire safety, and environmental hazards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Nationality: Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Quality, Safety, or QHSE roles (10+ years preferred).
- Certifications Required:
- Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent in Quality Management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 41001 (Facility Management) requirements.
- Proficiency in building safety, fire risks, and environmental hazard management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Competence in computer skills and reporting capabilities.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of QHSE management systems.
- Expertise in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Familiarity with OSHA, NEBOSH, and local HSE regulations.
- Understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 41001).
- Proficiency in quality improvement tools (Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
- Ability to deliver effective safety training and awareness programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Competent in MS Office and reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
