Open Position for Internal Auditor – Manama

Summary: We are seeking a Bahraini candidate for the position of Internal Auditor with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves conducting comprehensive audits across all branches, verifying compliance with company policies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Data and Details:

  • Position: Internal Auditor
  • Location: Bahrain
  • Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
  • Main Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct internal audits for all branches and report findings to the Head of Department (H.O.D.) and relevant directors.
    2. Supervise product consignments from headquarters and acknowledge receipt via email.
    3. Verify physical stock against POS system records; prepare adjustment entries for discrepancies.
    4. Review daily sales reports and confirm bank deposits.
    5. Verify internal transfers, petty cash, and cash sales against system balances.
    6. Check hygiene standards in shops and stores, display conditions, and asset verification.
    7. Audit IT assets for compliance with company policies.
    8. Examine the validity of licenses and vehicle conditions.
    9. Ensure sales staff compliance with hygiene and uniform standards.
    10. Document and report on various operational aspects including product expiry and FIFO implementation.
    11. Take photographs of displays, assets, and any discrepancies.
