Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the site management team.
- Maintain all project documentation, including drawings, permits, delivery receipts, and safety records.
- Organize and schedule meetings, site inductions, and training sessions.
- Track and file timesheets, attendance records, and personnel documentation.
- Handle requisitions and petty cash, and assist in tracking site expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and support incident reporting.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Assist with progress reports and prepare documentation for client and management meetings.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in a site-based or construction admin role.
- Familiarity with construction site procedures and safety practices.
- Experience with document control systems (Aconex or similar) is an advantage.
