Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and the company website.
- Update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to craft engaging online campaign content.
- Monitor sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize product pages for improved SEO and visibility.
- Manage customer inquiries and coordinate order fulfillment with operations.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new e-commerce opportunities.
- Ensure stock availability by working with the supply chain team to prevent out-of-stock situations.

- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in FMCG or retail.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces like Amazon and Noon.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and sales analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); basic design skills in Canva are a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
