The ideal candidate will have experience in the engineering or construction industry and a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and government processes.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage government-related processes, including the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of Iqamas and work visas.
  • Handle company registrations and licenses with relevant ministries and municipalities.
  • Oversee GOSI, MOL, Muqeem, Absher, and Qiwa portals.
  • Manage Chamber of Commerce renewals and ZATCA registration.
  • Liaise with government departments such as the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Interior.
  • Support employee onboarding by processing visas and residency.
  • Maintain records of all government documents and renewals.
  • Stay updated on new laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in official meetings or inspections.
  • Coordinate with HR and management for legal compliance in staffing matters.

• Requirements:

  • Preferably a Saudi National due to local regulations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GRO in the engineering, construction, or contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and government processes.
  • Familiarity with online platforms (Muqeem, Absher, Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA, MOL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
