Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and deploy custom/pre-trained AI/ML models, including Arabic-language NLP models and recommendation systems.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models for Arabic and English datasets and dialects.
- Implement MLOps best practices for monitoring, versioning, and retraining models in production.
- Build backend APIs and services using Python (Django) or other frameworks (Node.js, Laravel) to support AI-driven features, integrating with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React).
- Design and manage data storage architectures optimized for AI workloads.
- Mentor team members on AI/ML integration best practices for Arabic-language applications.

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in software engineering with strong AI-based full stack development experience.
- Proven experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
- Expertise in SSTS/TTS technologies and key Arabic NLP libraries.
- Experience with backend frameworks (Laravel, Django, Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React).
- Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI-ready datasets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with experience building AI solutions for Arabic contexts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts into business solutions.
