Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all phases of new store construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively resolving construction challenges.
- Oversee safety compliance, conduct site inspections, and supervise quality checks to uphold operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for effective communication on project goals.
- Qualifications:
- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing large-scale F&B commercial construction or architectural projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and driving performance
- Advanced project management expertise, including strategic planning, cost control, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
