Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for User Experience within the organization and educate teams on UX best practices.
- Design user-centric solutions that fulfill user needs and business objectives.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Establish and maintain a design system for consistency across platforms.
- Identify UX issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Gather and analyze user feedback and usability findings to enhance user experience.
- Effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with two Scrum teams focused on software maintenance and enhancement.
- Conduct UX research using methods like user interviews, surveys, and analytics evaluation.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a robust portfolio.
- Experience leading design sprints and facilitating collaborative sessions.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an Agile sprint framework.
- Strong commitment to design excellence and user experience.
- Skills in delivering presentations and influencing design decisions.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Knowledge of browser and device compatibility, including responsive design.
- Practical experience in user research and design thinking methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with all organizational levels.
- Experience in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams.
- Practical knowledge of Design Thinking principles.
