Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at our Dubai outlet. The Cashier will be responsible for managing transactions, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.

Data and Details:
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases.
• Accurately handle cash, card, and digital payments.
• Issue receipts, process refunds, and manage exchanges.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Count cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and apply promotions/discounts as necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints.
• Assist floor staff during downtime at the register.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills are essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be honest, polite, and capable of working under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
