Public Relations and Communications Manager at Career Maker Bahrain – Manama

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled PR & Communications Manager to manage our external communications, public relations strategies, brand promotions, and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and proactive, representing the brand with professionalism while leading impactful communication campaigns both locally and internationally.

Data and Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations & External Communications:
    • Act as the primary contact for all media and third-party communications.
    • Plan, manage, and execute communications for local and international events.
    • Coordinate with external publicists to manage the brand’s image.
    • Liaise with celebrity stylists, VIPs, and media representatives to enhance brand visibility.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international and regional PR teams.
  • Client & Partnership Engagement:
    • Manage communication and deliverables for assigned clients from presentation to fulfillment.
    • Handle logistics and communications with media partners.
    • Track and fulfill celebrity and VIP orders.
    • Develop and manage brand presentations and sponsorships.
    • Identify and pursue new sponsorship and business development opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on PR effectiveness, campaign performance, and competitor activities.
    • Track KPIs for communications and public engagement.
  • Representation:
    • Attend trade shows, industry events, conferences, and media gatherings as a brand ambassador.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar PR or communications role.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with celebrities, media, and publicists.
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and within budget constraints.
  • Willingness to travel for events, shows, and business development.
