• Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control compliance with the project’s contractual obligations and report accordingly.
  • Prepare and update the Cost Management Plan and cash flow forecasts monthly.
  • Provide detailed project updates as requested by the Client.
  • Address contractual issues, assess their cost impact, and follow up as necessary.
  • Support the Project Director in establishing project control tools.
  • Develop and maintain project control sheets and reports.
  • Ensure timely reporting on project progress and highlight any changes or issues affecting milestones.
  • Update master schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain project reports in line with client policies and contractual obligations.
  • Review and submit changes as required.
  • Provide detailed cash flow projections and forecasts.
  • Supervise planning teams to maintain and update detailed work plans.
  • Lead weekly progress meetings and prepare necessary documentation for claims and provision related to planning and commercial matters.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

• Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in planning, project controls, and reporting, with 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Years of Experience: 10+ years.
  • Residence Location: Saudi Arabia.
  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
