Job Description
The Business Development Executive for HORECA will focus on driving growth and establishing relationships within the hotels, restaurants, and catering sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the HORECA industry, adept at creating and executing effective sales strategies to meet ambitious sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and build relationships with HORECA clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HORECA sector, staying updated on industry trends.
- Product Promotion: Present products to potential clients, provide product training, and gather feedback for improvement.
- Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure timely payments.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports to monitor success and adjust strategies.
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree
1-4 years of sales experience, with a focus on the HORECA sector preferred.
Strong knowledge of the HORECA industry, market trends, and client needs.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated with a strategic and proactive approach to driving growth.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
