Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare design layouts, cost estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for fire protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with DCD, NFPA, and other industry standards.
- Utilize design tools like AutoCAD and Dia LUX.
- Provide technical support to sales and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with authorities for necessary approvals.
- Maintain documentation of design estimates, proposals, and approvals.
- Regularly report activities to management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to provide design solutions and assist in technical meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in fire detection design.
- Experience with Data Centre Projects and fire systems including Emergency Lighting, PAVA, and Fire alarms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dia LUX, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with DCD, NFPA, and UAE fire codes.
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
