Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is exclusively for Saudi nationals and requires prior HR experience, particularly in recruitment, labor relations, and documentation for expatriates. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and relevant government platforms. The salary ranges from SAR 5,000 to 7,000 per month, with immediate start dates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Oversee expatriate employee documentation processes, such as:
- Iqama issuance, renewal, and transfer
- Visa applications and exit/re-entry processing
- Contract creation and renewal (in both Arabic and English)
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization policies
- Operate and manage data in government portals, including:
- Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and other related platforms
- Serve as a liaison between the company and government entities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records
- Facilitate cross-functional communication in a multicultural team environment
