Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and cold calls to potential merchants.
• Implement sales strategies, including merchandising and promotional setups.
• Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback.
• Develop customized cooperation plans for clients and address merchant issues.
• Foster long-term business relationships to enhance customer loyalty.

Skills Required:

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of field sales experience in Dubai, preferably in FMCG, electronics, or B2B services.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Resilience under pressure and comfort with outdoor work.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and office software; basic data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s business ecosystems is an advantage.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.
