• About the Client: A global Petrochemical Group that specializes in trading and manufacturing a diverse range of paints and coating products.
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage renewal processes for licenses, permits, certificates, contracts, subscriptions, Mirsal codes, GPS trackers, and other documentation with various government entities, including DMCC, JAFZA, DED (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), Dubai Chamber, Civil Defense, Dubai Trade/Customs, SIRA, Trakkeer, MOH, and others.
  • Prepare and draft official correspondence for government entities, telecom companies, RTA, Concordia, ENOC/EPPCO, MOFA, banks, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Process and draft new and renewal tenancy contracts and Ejari documents, ensuring all updates are reflected in the DMCC portal for companies registered within DMCC.
  • Handle the installation of new VIP tags for vehicles through ENOC/EPPCO, processing requests via online systems, station visits, or office interactions.
