Job Description
Preparing and reconciling customer accounts.
Preparing and reconciling suppliers’ accounts.
Recording daily entries.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
Preparing monthly commissions.
Preparing monthly reports.
Monthly inventory of stock – Assets.
Preparing the required financial reports.
Reviewing expenses and matching them with the company’s policy.
Prepare sales order.
Review of sales invoices and matching selling prices.
Recording collections and payments.
Recording sales returns after matching the delivery order.
Reviewing damaged goods monthly and preparing a report.
Any other tasks assigned to him.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field.
Registration in the Saudi Organization for Accountants is a prerequisite.
Excellent in MS office (Excel – Word).
Experience: 2-3 Years.
Excellent organizing abilities.
